Family Christmas and Bristol Break

Family ChristmasMerry Christmas everyone!

We had a truly beautiful family time this Christmas. Everything – from decorating the house to Christmas Eve, Christmas and our lovely break to Bristol city!

We decorated our house quite late this year – 14th of December. We simply didn’t have time before then – Edwards birthday weekend before, work, etc.. But I am actually planning to stick with the idea to do this late┬áevery year, as when you have your Christmasy house for too long, it loses it’s magic I think…

On Christmas eve my family came around. We had lovely family dinner. It was very special this year, as my sister Jolita just had her baby girl Adele on 19th December so it was her very first Christmas celebrations with us.. Baby Adele is absolutely adorable!!!!

On Christmas day first thing in the morning we unwrapped all presents and later on we had lunch at Edwards cousins Belina’s house. Lovely food, cosy Christmasy atmosphere, priceless time with family.

Boxing Day was super-exciting, as Edward, kids and myself we all went to Bristol for a well deserved mini break! We stayed at Hilton Bristol for two nights. Cosy little hotel with tasty food and lovely swimming pool that kids really enjoyed! And actually for the first time in UK the water in a swimming pool was not too cold for me!

During our stay we went to explore Bristol city and we loved it! Especially I was impressed by The Clifton Suspension Bridge! So beautiful over there! Really worth a visit!

I really do hope we will come back there on summer. So many more things to explore.

Overall our Christmas was unforgettable. Very family orientated, exactly how we love!

I hope your Christmas was lovely too! xxx
