Last weekend the weather was AMAZING – +16 degrees and sunny! Would have been a sin to stay home, therefore packed the family and went to Paradise Wildlife Park in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire. Never been there before so didn’t know what to expect.
We bought tickets on their website, paid £38 for 4 of us. It is more expensive if you buy on arrival.
Actually the place was really nice and well looked after. Many animals, birds, kids playgrounds. Keeping you well busy for the whole day. Luka and Daniella were over the moon, as got to feed zebras, rabbits, pigs, sheeps and other animals from the zoo.
We had lunch over there at Paradise Wildlife Park, but if you go, I suggest not to be lazy and prepare for your own pic nic. We weren’t that smart, so bought food from their main cafe. Luka, Edward and I had burgers and chips and Daniella had pasta Bolognese. Overpriced (as you could expect) and plain. Reminded me of hospitals food. We paid over £40 for our dishes – NOT WORTH!
Overall it was a great family day out! Would definitely like to return to Paradise Wildlife Park again in the future! I am so happy the weather is getting more like spring now. Missed our days out!!
